By default, there are no processing fees that are charged to employers.
Upon hire, a small processing fee is charged to help support the costs of servicing accounts and maintain and continuously improve RecruitiFi's platform and technology. However, this 6% processing fee, calculated from the total placement fee, is passed on to the Agency by default. Please get in touch with firstname.lastname@example.org if you'd like to discuss other options.
Here are some real-world examples:
A candidate is hired with a first-year salary of $70,000. The submitting agency has an 18% fee, making the placement fee $12,600. The processing fee is calculated at 6% of the $12,600 for a total of $756, which will be taken out of the agency payout. It will not show up on your invoice.
A candidate is hired with a first-year salary of $225,000. The submitting agency has a 20% fee, making the placement fee $45,000. 6% of $45,000 would be $2,700.
