Recruiting is a common target for impersonation scams, so verify before you act on a message claiming to be from RecruitiFi. Here is how to tell legitimate communication from fraud.
Legitimate RecruitiFi communication:
One sending domain: Genuine RecruitiFi emails come only from addresses ending in recruitifi.com. No other domain sends email on RecruitiFi's behalf. If the sender's address ends in anything else, it is not from us.
Candidate emails: If a recruiter submitted you for a role, you will receive a confirmation email asking you to confirm your submission. That email is legitimate and expected.
Payment notices: Agencies receive earnings notifications tied to placements visible in their account. When in doubt, sign in directly rather than clicking links.
RecruitiFi will never:
Charge candidates: RecruitiFi never asks job seekers for money, fees, or payment details of any kind.
Recruit individuals: RecruitiFi does not contact job seekers with job offers. Recruiters at independent agencies do the recruiting.
Ask for credentials: No one from RecruitiFi will ask for your password.
To report suspicious outreach: Share the message through the chat on this Help Center and do not respond to the sender. The team will confirm whether it is genuine.
