Thorough review: Every marketplace application is vetted by RecruitiFi's supplier quality team before a decision is made.
Reasons are not published: RecruitiFi does not publicly state its reasons for declining applicants, and individual decline decisions are not itemized. Rather than trying to reverse-engineer a decision, focus on submitting the strongest possible application.
How to put your best application forward:
Complete every field: Applications with missing company information, an unreachable website, or empty specialty selections are harder to approve.
Write a specific recruiting summary: Name the roles, industries, and locations you actually place, with concrete experience. Generic summaries help neither review nor matching.
Use a company email address: Apply with an address at your agency's domain rather than a personal one.
