Matching, not broadcasting: Community requisitions go to suppliers whose stated preferences and history fit the role, so you hear from relevant suppliers rather than everyone.
Ratings on both sides: Clients rate agencies on candidate quality and professionalism, and agencies rate clients on engagement and feedback. Ratings follow suppliers across the platform.
Performance visibility: Every supplier profile shows placements, contracts, and statistics, so you can see who delivers before inviting them.
Accountability: Clients can remove a supplier from a role or block one from their community entirely, and consistently poor performers lose access to matched work.
