On RecruitiFi, posting a job means creating a requisition for staffing agencies. Here is the path from no account to a live role.
Before you can post:
You need an employer account: RecruitiFi accounts are set up for hiring organizations. If your company isn't on the platform yet, request a demo and the team will walk you through activation.
If your company already uses RecruitiFi: Ask a teammate with administrator access to invite you. You will receive an invitation email to set up your login.
Posting the role:
Open the requisition builder: From the Requisitions section, select New Requisition and complete the six steps, from Overview through Review.
Choose your suppliers: Invite your preferred agencies, open the role to the vetted community, or both.
Submit: Selected recruiters see the role and begin submitting candidates, and you track everything from your Inbox.
