Yes. RecruitiFi does not restrict the network to multi-person firms. Suppliers of all types, including independent recruiters, freelance sourcers, and sole proprietors, join through the same two paths as any agency.

Invited by an employer: If a client wants to work with you on RecruitiFi, they can invite you as their preferred supplier, regardless of your firm's size.
Apply to the marketplace: Submit the standard supplier application. Our supplier quality team vets each application thoroughly, and solo applicants are reviewed on the same basis as larger firms: the quality and specificity of what you bring.
Tips for solo applicants:
Complete the application as your firm: Enter your business name as you operate it, your website or professional profile, and a team size of one. Complete, accurate applications review most smoothly.
Make your recruiting summary specific: Name the exact roles, industries, and locations you place, with concrete experience. As a solo recruiter, a sharp specialty is your strongest signal to both the review team and the clients who will see your profile.
Set narrow matching preferences: After approval, precise preferences ensure the community requisitions you are matched to are ones you can genuinely work.
