Fees

Custom Placement Fees - An employer that invites an agency may determine that agency's fee. RecruitiFi retains a 6% processing fee of the total invoice amount. (For example, if an agency fee is 25% of a $100,000 salary, the payout is calculated as follows: $25,000 - $1,500 processing fee = $23,500 total payout.)

Community Placement Fees - Community fees vary by region and country, typically ranging from 10% to 30%, depending on the job’s location.

Candidate Ownership: 180 days.


Ownership Rejection: If the employer has actively communicated with a candidate in the 180 days prior to the candidate’s submission, the submission may be rejected due to ownership reasons.

Candidate Guarantee: 60 days.


Guarantee Failures: If a candidate does not complete 60 days of employment, a guarantee failure may be reported and the invoice is either voided or funds are automatically refunded to the employer.


Backfill Requirement: There is no backfill or candidate replacement requirement.

Payments

Timing of Payment: RecruitiFi acts as an escrow service. If the candidate successfully completes the guarantee period, agency funds are released on the first business day of the month following the guarantee (an average of 71 days).
