If a Candidate is hired by a client and his or her employment is terminated, for any reason except organizational restructure or redundancy, during the first sixty (60) days following the start date, the client may request a refund of the placement fee.

Please note that no fee is due to RecruitiFi or an agency if the candidate does not satisfy the guarantee period.

While the Employer may repost the same JobCast, this is not an exclusive opportunity to the original agency.  In other words, there is no backfill requirement when a candidate fails the guarantee.
