The guarantee period is the time frame during which an employer can request a refund of the placement fee if the hired candidate's employment is terminated. This period lasts for the first 60 days following the candidate’s start date.

If the candidate is terminated or leaves the role within this 60-day window, the employer can request a refund of the placement fee from the agency. However, no fee is owed to RecruitiFi or the agency if the candidate does not meet the guarantee period.

It's important to note that while the employer can repost the same job after the guarantee failure, this does not give the original agency exclusive rights to fill the position again. There is no obligation for the agency to backfill the role if the candidate fails the guarantee.
