Applying to join: approval timelines and what gets reviewed

The agency application timeline, what gets reviewed, what happens after approval, and how invited preferred agencies differ.

Written by RecruitiFi

Joining the RecruitiFi supplier community starts with an application, and here is what to expect from it.

Typical approval timeline

Most agency applications are reviewed and processed within 2 to 5 business days, and it may take slightly longer during peak periods.

What gets reviewed

  • Industry specialization. Whether your agency's expertise aligns with the roles clients are hiring for.

  • Geographic coverage. Whether you can support the locations where clients have open positions.

  • Professional credentials. Your agency's track record, certifications, and online presence.

  • Current platform needs. The community is balanced so there are enough opportunities for all participating agencies.

After the review

  • Approved. You receive a welcome email with instructions to complete your profile setup, accept the Terms and Conditions, and start finding work.

  • Not approved. This is usually because your specialization does not align with current client needs.

Invited by a client instead?

If a client invited your agency directly as a preferred partner, approval is faster, since the client has already vetted your firm, and your invitation email should arrive immediately after the client submits the invite. If you were invited but have not received the email, check your spam folder for emails from @recruitifi.com, and contact support@recruitifi.com if you still cannot find it.

Checking your application status

If it has been more than 5 business days without a response, reach out through the chat widget on the RecruitiFi website, or email support@recruitifi.com with your name, agency name, and the email you used to apply.
