Best Practices for Agencies
✅ Notify the Candidate
Let candidates know to expect an email from RecruitiFi and encourage them to confirm immediately.
✅ Stay on the Phone When Possible
If feasible, remain on a call with the candidate while submitting to ensure they complete the confirmation process.
✅ Avoid Direct Applications
Candidates who apply directly to the employer may lose agency representation or risk getting lost in the employer’s ATS.
