Your placement fee for a hire made through RecruitiFi depends on several factors:

  1. Country-Specific Rates: Placement fees are determined on a country-by-country basis. This means the fee percentage may vary depending on the country where the candidate is hired.

  2. Fee Range: In general, fees range from 10% to 28% of the candidate's first-year salary, depending on the country and market conditions.

  3. Custom Fees: If you are a Preferred Agency, the employer may set a custom fee based on your previous agreement. These custom fees can differ from the standard community rates.

  4. Earnings Dashboard: You can view your specific fees by clicking on your Earnings badge in the RecruitiFi platform. Under the "Fees" section, you will find details on your fees and any custom rates agreed upon by the Employer.

  5. Estimated Earnings on JobCasts: For each JobCast you are matched with, you will see your estimated earnings based on your agreed fee percentage, displayed directly on the JobCast card.

This allows you to see upfront how much you will earn from a potential placement and keep track of all your fees and payouts easily on the platform.

Note that international banking or conversion fees may apply, but these are being claimed by the bank/payment processors.
