The short answer: nothing. RecruitiFi never charges employers, and there is no fee of any kind on the employer side of the platform.
What free means here:
No subscription or license fee: There is no charge to have an account, add teammates, or post requisitions.
No platform fees on hires: RecruitiFi does not add fees, surcharges, or processing costs to your hiring activity. You are never charged anything by RecruitiFi.
So how does RecruitiFi make money?
Fees are vendor-paid: RecruitiFi keeps a small percentage of each transaction, deducted from the staffing vendor's payout before payment is remitted to them. It is never added to your side of the transaction.
What you do pay:
The cost of the hire itself: For a permanent hire, the placement fee that compensates the agency; for staff augmentation, the bill rate for hours worked. This is the same money you would pay working with an agency directly, consolidated onto RecruitiFi invoicing, with nothing added on top.
Standardized community terms: Placements from community suppliers use the RecruitiFi Optimized Fee, a standardized rate that replaces individually negotiated agency fees. Guarantees included: Permanent placements are backed by a guarantee period, with refunds handled through the platform if a hire does not work out.
