How is candidate ownership managed?

When a hire is made on the platform RecruitiFi is the owner and will invoice the client. The agency that submitted the candidate first to the JobCast is the owner from RecruitiFi’s perspective, and they will be paid their fee by RecruitiFi.

If you have been in contact with a hired candidate in the prior 180 days you can claim ownership by clicking a Guarantee Failure button in RecruitiFi.  The agency is automatically notified, and no fee will be owed.  Any invoice is instantly voided, and if a fee has already been paid it will automatically be refunded.

All other candidates submitted are owned by RecruitiFi for 180 days.
