The agency flow, step by step:
Apply and get approved: Submit your agency application. Once approved, set your requisition matching preferences: the roles, industries, and locations you recruit.
Receive requisitions: Roles arrive in two ways. Clients who know you invite you directly, and community requisitions are matched to you based on your preferences and performance.
Accept and submit candidates: Accept a role to see the full brief, then submit candidates with resumes and answers to the client's must-have questions. Candidates confirm their own submissions.
Track the pipeline: Follow each candidate through Review, Interview, and Offer, with a chat thread per candidate to communicate with the client.
Get paid: When your candidate is hired and the guarantee period conditions are met, RecruitiFi pays you directly. You never invoice the client or RecruitiFi.
