We frequently receive questions about whether RecruitiFi collects, resubmits, or benefits from individual candidate data. The answer is absolutely not. We do not access, review, or use your candidates or their resumes for any purpose beyond facilitating your recruiting transactions.

RecruitiFi operates like other two-sided marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, or Airbnb. We are simply a technology platform that connects agencies (sellers) with employers (buyers) to streamline the recruiting process. Just as Airbnb would never rent out your home without your consent, we would never use your candidates for our own gain.

Our mission is to revolutionize the recruiting industry, which depends on earning and maintaining the trust of thousands of agencies and employers worldwide.

Why does RecruitiFi store candidate records?

For legal and compliance purposes, we must retain candidate records for a certain period of time. This includes:

  • EEOC and OFCCP compliance – To help companies understand applicant demographics and maintain regulatory compliance.

  • 180-day ownership period – To ensure agencies receive proper credit and payment for placements and to conduct "backdoor hire" checks on your behalf.

At RecruitiFi, your success is our success. Our platform is designed to support and empower agencies, never to compete with them. You can trust that we always have your best interests in mind.
