What free covers:
Applying and joining: The application and your account cost nothing.
Everyday use: Receiving invitations, accepting requisitions, submitting candidates, and running your team on the platform are all free.
The only time a fee is assessed:
When a transaction is processed: Fees exist only at the moment you get paid. When one of your placements generates a payout, RecruitiFi keeps a small transaction fee before remitting payment to you. If you never place, you never pay.
Visible before you commit: The fee acknowledgment shown before every submission spells out the placement fee and any deductions for that specific role, so there are no surprises at payout time.
