A hire made by the RecruitiFi Expert Community is billed at a 14% of the candidate's first-year base salary. Agencies are paid 10% and RecruitiFi keeps 4%.
Legacy Placements
Hires made through Legacy Agencies can be set at the percentage of your choosing. RecruitiFi takes 1 percentage point of their fee.
