What Information do I Need to Provide to Report a Guarantee Failure?

Employers have 60 days from the candidate’s start date to report a guarantee failure.

  1. Click the “Report Failure” Button

    • Navigate to the candidate’s record and select “Report Failure."

  2. Provide Required Information

    • Reason for reporting the guarantee failure.

    • Upload supporting documentation in one of the following formats:
      .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .pdf, .doc, .docx

      • Acceptable documents include:
        Separation Agreement
        ATS screenshot (showing prior sourcing)
        Prior correspondence (validating the claim)

  3. Click “Submit”

    • Your request will be processed within 24 business hours.
