If a candidate leaves before the end of the RecruitiFi guarantee period, you can report a guarantee failure within 60 days of the candidate’s start date. If payment has already been made, you can automatically request a refund.
Ways to Report a Guarantee Failure
1️⃣ Through the Billing Page:
Click on your avatar and navigate to the Billing page.
Click “Report Failure.”
Enter the required details to complete the process.
2️⃣ Through the Candidate’s Profile:
Navigate to the Hires section in the left menu.
Find and open the candidate’s profile.
Click “Report Failure.”
Important Notes
Refund Eligibility:
If the placement has already been paid to RecruitiFi, a refund will be issued (except in certain cases).
Overdue Invoices:
If an employer has outstanding invoices that are 60+ days overdue, refunds will be withheld until the account is reconciled.
To ensure prompt refunds, it’s best to keep accounts in good standing.
