How Do I Report a Guarantee Failure or Request a Refund?

If a candidate leaves before the end of the RecruitiFi guarantee period, you can report a guarantee failure within 60 days of the candidate’s start date. If payment has already been made, you can automatically request a refund.

Ways to Report a Guarantee Failure

1️⃣ Through the Billing Page:

  • Click on your avatar and navigate to the Billing page.

  • Click “Report Failure.”

  • Enter the required details to complete the process.

2️⃣ Through the Candidate’s Profile:

  • Navigate to the Hires section in the left menu.

  • Find and open the candidate’s profile.

  • Click “Report Failure.”

Important Notes

  • Refund Eligibility:

    • If the placement has already been paid to RecruitiFi, a refund will be issued (except in certain cases).

  • Overdue Invoices:

    • If an employer has outstanding invoices that are 60+ days overdue, refunds will be withheld until the account is reconciled.

    • To ensure prompt refunds, it’s best to keep accounts in good standing.
