When candidates are submitted to your JobCasts they initially reside in the New stage.  From this page you can “Keep” or “Reject” a candidate.  This process is called Candidate Sorting.

Sorting is extremely important to the agencies working on your job as it provides immediate feedback to enable them to understand the specific reasons that a candidate is rejected.  This the best and quickest way to improve future search efforts on this and other JobCasts.

The timeliness of your sorting impacts your Employer Rating.
