Community Coins allow you to take actions on JobCasts from the Community.

Through the "Browse" page, you can access JobCasts that the community has been invited to.

Community Coins give you the ability to:

  1. "Work On" these JobCasts, revealing job and company information

  2. Submit candidates to them

When selecting jobs from Browse, save enough coins for candidate submissions!

Once you decide to Work On a JobCast, you will unlock the company info, stats, and the ability to submit candidates.

While most JobCasts cost 1 Community Coin to "Work On", for some it may cost more. You will always be able to see how much a JobCast costs to Work On and how much it costs to submit from the JobCast card.

Agency Recruiters start with 50 Community Coins. You can track how many coins you have available at the top right of any page next to the notification center.

How do I earn more coins?

You earn more Community Coins for submitting 'quality candidates'. While we can't share exactly how we define 'quality' on any given job (we don't want dishonest agencies gaming the system), here's what we can say:

  • You can spend coins however you see fit

  • You'll receive coin bonuses for submissions determined to be "quality candidates"

  • Submission coins are refunded if the employer never reviewed your candidate (except in very unusual circumstances)

  • When coins run out, they run out

What happens if I run out of coins?

If you run out of coins, you can no longer Work On or Submit candidates to these JobCasts.

Are Community Coins used when working with Preferred Clients?

No, you do not use Community Coins to work on or submit candidates to JobCasts from your preferred clients.

Can coins be refunded?

Yes, Community Coins are refunded in 2 cases.

  1. You delete an unconfirmed submission (due to a typo, etc.)

  2. If the job cast closes prior to your candidate being moved from Awaiting Sort

In both cases, you will be refunded the amount you spent on each submission.
