As an Agency on RecruitiFi, you can find all of your ratings and reviews by clicking on your avatar in the upper right-hand corner, then clicking on your rating under your name. This page can also be accessed through the Settings left-hand navbar.

Here you will find your overall rating, as well as ratings and reviews from candidates and employers. If you are a team manager, you can view not only your ratings and reviews but those of your entire team as well.

Candidates are required to rate and review their experience with you when they accept your invitation to any JobCast.

Employers are able to rate and review you on any hire made, as well as any time they reject your candidates. They can choose whether or not their reviews are anonymous.
