Yes, if you are a Team Manager, you can invite teammates to join your organization on RecruitiFi.

Simply click on “Team” from your avatar menu, and then from the Team page click on “Invite Teammate” in the top right-hand corner.

From there simply type in your teammate’s email and select their permissions. Note, if you are the first person on your team then you will have all three permissions from the start.

Teammates will share a bank account and depending on their permissions be able to share jobs and or view each other’s dashboards.

If you have pending payouts and join a new team, those payouts will be processed through your new team’s payment method.

The permissions are as follows:

Standard Recruiter

This is the most basic permission for a recruiter on RecruitiFi. It allows the user to receive JobCasts, submit candidates, and interact with employers. This cannot be removed.

Team Manager

Team Managers edit Organization Settings and Certifications, invite teammates, and view their dashboards.

Team Managers, also have the ability to distribute JobCasts throughout the organization. Please read Can I invite my teammate to work on a JobCast I have received? to learn more.

Finance Manager

Finance Managers can add and manage your team’s payment method. They can also view all hires made within the organization from the “Payouts” page.

From here they will receive an email with the subject “Invited to join a team on RecruitiFi” from no_reply@recruitifi.com.

Once your teammate clicks on the “Accept” button in the email they will be brought to a page where they must create an account.

If they already have a RecruitiFi account, they must confirm they want to join your team by providing their password.

Please note if you are joining a new team you will not be able to go back to your old team as it will be deleted when you join your new team.
