Each JobCast is matched to agencies based on their specialty (i.e., role, industry, level and location of focus) and their performance score (i.e., based on the quality of candidates they submit).  The algorithm also gives favor to a client’s Preferred agencies.  The client is always in control and can add or remove agencies from a JobCast.
