You can communicate directly with agencies working on your JobCasts through the Agency Chat. Chats are based around a specific candidate and are often used for interview scheduling or to get additional information about a candidate from the submitting Agency.

Navigate to the Candidate that you want to chat about, and click the “Agency Chat”.

This will open the Agency Chat.  Type your message or upload a document and click “Send Chat”.
