It’s important to thoroughly complete all the input fields, including detailed and quantifiable Must-Haves.
For example, in this JobCast I am looking for someone with
- 5-10 years experience as a Sales Executive in a Business to business environment.
- 2-3 years of Salesforce experience
- A valid drivers licence
- and A bachelor's degree
Make sure to be as specific as possible, as this helps agencies focus on exactly what you are looking for.
For each Must-Have the agency must provide a written response justifying how their candidate meets each one.
