Is RecruitiFi creating a candidate database using my candidates?

Are you going to steal my candidates and submit them to other roles?

We frequently get asked whether we take individual candidates and resubmit them to roles for our own benefit.  The answer is absolutely not. We don't even look at your candidates or their resumes.  That's not our function.

RecruitiFi is similar to other two-sided marketplaces like eBay, Amazon, or Airbnb.  We're simply a technology platform that facilitates a transaction between a buyer and a seller. Your agency is the seller and Employers are the buyers, while RecruitiFi acts a median to process these recruiting transactions.

As a company, we would never co-opt your candidates for submission to other opportunities, much the way AIrbnb would never rent your vacation home without you knowing. We're not looking to take and individual candidate and place them in a single role.  Our opportunity is to revolutionize an entire industry, and that requires the trust of millions of agencies and employers globally.

For legal reasons, we must maintain Candidate records for a certain period of time.  Those reasons include:

  1. EEOC and OFCCP compliance, so companies can understand that you are compliant and so they can understand what the demographic of their applicants is if provided.

  2. The 180 day ownership period so we can ensure you are getting paid for candidates you place, and so we can perform "backdoor hire" checks on your behalf.

Remember that RecruitiFi can't achieve its goals unless you're achieving your goals, so you can rest assured that we will always have your best interests in mind.
