Community Coins () on RecruitiFi are a way for agency recruiters to interact with JobCasts from the community. Here’s how they work and how you can manage them:

How Community Coins Work:

  • Unlock JobCasts: When you find a JobCast that you’re interested in, you can use a Community Coin to "Work On" it. This action reveals job and company information and allows you to submit candidates.

  • Cost of Working On JobCasts: Most JobCasts cost 1 Community Coin to "Work On," but some may cost more. You’ll see the cost directly on the JobCast card.

  • Track Your Coins: You start with 50 Community Coins. Your available coins are displayed in the top-right corner next to your notifications.

How to Earn More Coins:

  • Submit Quality Candidates: You can earn more coins by submitting candidates that are determined to be of high quality. While the exact definition of "quality" is not disclosed, submissions deemed of high quality will earn you coin bonuses.

  • Refunds for Non-Reviewed Candidates: If an employer does not review your candidate, your coins will be refunded (except in unusual circumstances).

What Happens if You Run Out of Coins:

  • If you run out of Community Coins, you won’t be able to Work On or Submit candidates to any JobCasts. Be mindful of your coin balance!

Preferred Clients and Community Coins:

  • No Coins Required for Preferred Clients: When working with Preferred Clients, you don’t need to use Community Coins to interact with JobCasts. You can freely work on and submit candidates to these JobCasts.

Coin Refunds:

  • Refunds for Specific Situations: You’ll get a coin refund in cases such as:

    • Deleting an unconfirmed submission (e.g., a typo).

    • If a JobCast closes before your candidate is moved from Awaiting Sort.

    • If a JobCast closes shortly after you decide to "Work On" it.

Pro Tips:

  • Save Coins for Submissions: Always make sure you have enough coins to submit candidates after deciding to "Work On" a JobCast.

  • Use Filters: Use search and filter tools to focus on jobs you know you can fill, ensuring better use of your Community Coins.

Managing Your Coins:

You can review your coin balance and transaction history by clicking on the coin icon in your top navigation bar.
