How Do I Assign a Contract Manager?

All contracts require an assigned Contract Manager before they can be started. Contract Managers are granted the following permissions:

  • Visibility into contract details within their Contracts index

  • Visibility into the revenue generated from the contract

  • Ability to upload weekly timesheets for client approval

  • Ability to end the contract

  • Ability to communicate with the client via the contract chat

  • Email updates and reminders related to the contract

Adding an Initial Contract Manager:

During the Pre-Assignment steps of any contract, the Contract Manager will be assigned by the agency that submitted the candidate.

If you or someone on your team does not appear in the list of Contract Managers, they may need this permission added to their account. You can review their permissions on the Team page, and if Contract Manager isn’t listed, a Team Manager can add this permission.

Editing a Contract Manager:

To edit the Contract Manager, you must already be a Contract Manager on the contract.

  1. Go to your Open Contracts page.

  2. Click on the Actions menu on the right side of the contract.

  3. Select Edit Contract and then choose your new Contract Manager(s).

Note: You can assign an unlimited number of Contract Managers to a contract at any time.
