The Internal Fit Rating allows you to evaluate candidates on a 5-star scale, providing an easy way to track your impressions of each candidate. This rating appears below the candidate’s name within each stage of the recruitment process.

To rate a candidate, simply click on their name to open their Candidate Card, where you'll find the 5-star scale below the "Advance" and "Reject" buttons. You can rate candidates based on how well they align with the role you're hiring for, helping you visually assess which candidates are a great fit, a fair fit, or a poor fit.

Why Use the Internal Fit Rating?

  1. Track Candidate Quality: It helps you easily identify which candidates stand out and are more likely to succeed in the role.

  2. Referring Back for Guarantee Failures: If a candidate is hired and fails within the guarantee period, you can quickly refer back to your ratings and see which candidates you liked but didn’t hire, helping you fill the role faster with someone you already had in mind.

  3. Improving Recruiter Performance: Internal Fit Ratings also play a role in the overall performance scoring of recruiters. Recruiters who consistently submit poorly rated candidates will receive fewer job opportunities. This ensures that only high-performing recruiters remain active on the platform, improving your experience over time.

In short, the Internal Fit Rating streamlines candidate evaluation, helps improve recruiter matching, and contributes to long-term platform quality.
