With Internal Fit Ratings, you can rate candidates on a 5-star scale, helping you better track how you feel about each one. These ratings will appear below the candidate’s name within each stage.

To rate a candidate, click on their name to reach their Candidate Card. From there, you can give your rating via the 5-star scale below the Advance and Reject buttons.

Internal Fit Ratings can remind you which candidates are a great fit, a fair fit, or a poor fit at a glance.

They are also a great resource if one of your hires fails to make it through the guarantee period. If that were to happen, you may navigate back to the JobCast and immediately know which candidates you also liked.

Lastly, these ratings will be used for matching you with better recruiters moving forward and scoring poorly performing recruiters off the platform. Those who submit low-ranked candidates will receive fewer and fewer of your jobs until they receive none at all.
