The status of your candidate helps track their progress in an employer’s hiring process. You can view all candidates sorted by stage on your Candidates page or review them on a per-JobCast basis.
Candidate Statuses & Their Meanings
🔹 Unconfirmed
Your candidate has been submitted but has not yet confirmed their application via the automated RecruitiFi email.
👉 You can resend the confirmation email once every 24 hours by selecting ‘Send Reminder.’
🔹 Declined
Your candidate has declined their application and will not be presented to the employer.
🔹 Withdrawn
Your candidate confirmed their submission but you removed them from contention.
🔹 Awaiting Sort
Your candidate has not yet been viewed by the employer.
✅ You will gain access to Employer Chat after the employer moves them from this stage.
🔹 Reviewing
The employer is reviewing the candidate. This could include a resume review or phone screen.
🔹 Interviewing
The candidate is currently being interviewed or has completed an interview.
🔹 Offers
The employer has extended an offer to your candidate.
🔹 Hired 🎉
The candidate has completed all hiring steps (e.g., background check, signed offer, and start date set).
🔹 Rejected
The employer reviewed and declined the candidate for this specific JobCast.
