As you submit your candidates and the employer reviews them, they will be marked with different statuses to denote where they are in the process. You can see all of your candidates sorted by stage on your "Candidates" page. You can also review your candidates on a per JobCast level.

Here's what each stage means:

Unconfirmed
Your candidate has been submitted but has not confirmed their application via the automated email sent by RecruitiFi.

Note: When candidates are unconfirmed, you may resend the confirmation email once every 24 hours by selecting the ‘Send Reminder’ option.

Declined
Your candidate has declined their application, and will not be presented to the employer.

Withdrawn
Your candidates that have confirmed the submission but you have removed them from contention.

Awaiting Sort
These are the candidates that the Employer has not yet viewed. You will have access to the Employer Chat after candidates have been moved from this state.

Reviewing
Your candidates that are currently being reviewing by the Employer. It varies by company, but this could include a phone screen or a digital review.

Interviewing
These are candidates that are currently being interviewed or have already been interviewed by the Employer.

Offers

Hired
The ultimate goal! Candidates that are “Hired” have completed all stages of the hiring process (e.g. a background check, signed the offer, start date set).

Rejected
Rejected” candidates have been reviewed by the employer and are no longer being considered for the JobCast they were submitted to.
