Candidates do not receive automatic notifications when they are advanced or rejected. The only exception is if the employer invites them to apply through their ATS, in which case they will receive an email.

However, as the submitting agency, you will receive real-time notifications along with the employer’s specific feedback at every stage. This allows you to keep your candidates informed, maintain transparency, and build trust throughout the hiring process.
