Different recruiters may submit and own the same candidate for different JobCasts on RecruitiFi as well as for different JobCasts at the same employer, and will be owed placement fees only when the recruiter has ownership of a candidate for that JobCast.

If an employer hires a candidate for a position other than one for which they were submitted, the recruiter who first submitted the candidate to that employer will be granted ownership, provided that the candidate was submitted and confirmed no more than 180 days prior to the hire.
