We encourage you to stay in very close contact with your candidates. Some key times to speak with them are:

  • Before the submission. Make sure they are interested and know the confirmation email is coming.

  • Before the interview. Prep them with quality questions to ask and do a dry run with them.

  • After interviews. Always ask for feedback and share it with us!

  • After the hire. Construct a 10, 30, 60-day check-in plan with them to make sure they're happy in their new seat.

The candidate is an extension of your personal brand, so be supportive and help them represent you professionally.
