Agencies can have multiple custom fees for different JobCasts, allowing the employer to choose the fee that best applies when logging a hire for each specific JobCast.Setting Custom Fees:
To convert an agency to custom fees, employers can use the "Add to Preferred Agencies" action in the agency card menu. When a custom fee is added, the agency will be notified of the new fee, and all previously and currently matched JobCasts will be updated with the new fee. However, candidates who were hired before the fee change will not be affected by the new fee.Visibility for Agencies:
Preferred agencies can view the custom fees they would earn for each JobCast sent to them. This helps agencies understand how much they will be paid for each placement, so they can make informed decisions.
