As an Agency on RecruitiFi, you can view all of your ratings and reviews by clicking on your avatar in the upper right-hand corner and selecting your rating under your name. You can also access this page through the Settings section in the left-hand navigation bar.
On this page, you'll find your overall rating, along with detailed reviews from both candidates and employers. If you're a Team Manager, you can view not only your own ratings and reviews but also those of your entire team.
Candidates are required to rate and review their experience with you when they accept your invitation to a JobCast.
Employers can rate and review you for any hire made, as well as when they reject a candidate. They also have the option to submit reviews anonymously.
