How Do I Know if I Have an Update or a New Chat?

RecruitiFi has a real-time notification system to keep you informed about JobCasts and candidates.

Look for a red circle with a number on the bell icon, located between the search bar and your Earnings badge. This indicates new alerts. Clicking on the number will open the Alert Center, where you'll find notifications for:

  • Unread chat messages from the employer

  • Updates on candidates

  • Changes to a JobCast you're working on (e.g., it has been closed, reopened, locked, or unlocked)

These notifications are updated in real-time, so it's important to stay on top of them and take action as needed.

Pro Tip: Clicking on a notification will take you directly to the relevant event on your dashboard, making it easy to respond quickly.
