Yes, RecruitiFi applies certain fees to agency payouts when a hire is made. These fees vary based on factors such as the country of hire and whether RecruitiFi introduced the agency to the employer.

Agencies can view applicable fees:

  • In the Est. Earnings section of a JobCast.

  • In the Fee Acknowledgement section on the candidate submission page.

Types of Fees

  1. Processing Fee (6%)

    • Charged on every agency payout.

    • In some cases, the employer may cover part or all of this fee.

    • Example:

      • Placement Amount: $20,000

      • Processing Fee: $20,000 Γ— 6% = $1,200

      • Final Payout: $20,000 - $1,200 = $18,800

  2. Matchmaking Fee (14%)

    • Applied only when RecruitiFi introduces the agency to the employer.

    • Example:

      • Placement Amount: $20,000

      • Processing Fee: $1,200

      • Matchmaking Fee: $20,000 Γ— 14% = $2,800

      • Final Payout: $20,000 - $1,200 - $2,800 = $16,000

  3. Collection Fee (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction)

    • Applies if the employer requires a specific payment method that incurs additional processing costs.

    • Example:

      • Invoiced Amount (including taxes): $20,960

      • Collection Fee: $20,960 Γ— 2.9% + $0.30 = $608.14

      • Final Payout: $20,000 - $1,200 - $608.14 = $18,191.86

  4. Withholding Tax (Varies by Country & Employer)

    • Some countries (e.g., India) require taxes to be deducted at the source (TDS) before payouts.

    • Example:

      • Placement Amount: $20,000

      • Processing Fee: $1,200

      • Withholding Tax (10% TDS): $20,000 Γ— 10% = $2,000

      • Final Payout: $20,000 - $1,200 - $2,000 = $16,800

These fees ensure compliance, seamless payment processing, and platform sustainability while providing agencies with efficient access to employers.
