Yes, if you're a Team Manager, you can invite colleagues to join your organization on RecruitiFi.
To do so, click on “Team” from your avatar menu, then select “Invite Teammate” in the top-right corner of the Team page.
Simply enter your teammate's email address and select their permissions. Note that if you're the first person on your team, you’ll have all three permissions by default.
Teammates will share a bank account, and depending on their permissions, they’ll be able to share jobs or view each other's dashboards.
If you have pending payouts and join a new team, those payouts will be processed through the new team’s payment method.
Permissions Overview:
Standard Recruiter
This basic permission allows the user to receive JobCasts, submit candidates, and interact with employers. This cannot be removed.Team Manager
Team Managers can edit Organization Settings, manage Certifications, invite teammates, and view dashboards. They can also distribute JobCasts within the team.Finance Manager
Finance Managers can add and manage the team’s payment methods and view all hires within the organization from the "Payouts" page.
After you invite your teammate, they’ll receive an email with the subject “Invited to join a team on RecruitiFi” from no_reply@recruitifi.com.
Once they click the “Accept” button in the email, they’ll be directed to a page to create an account.
If they already have an account, they’ll just need to confirm their team switch by providing their password.
Important Note:
If you’re joining a new team, you won’t be able to return to your old team as it will be deleted when you switch.
