Yes, you can move a candidate back to a previous stage if needed.

To do this, simply click on the candidate's name or search for them using the global search to open their candidate card.

From there, click on the action menu next to "Advance" and select "Move Backward."

A modal will appear, prompting you to select the stage you want to move the candidate back to.

After selecting the desired stage, click "Submit," and the candidate will be moved accordingly. The submitting recruiter will be notified of the update.
