Yes, you can automatically invite candidates into your ATS, and all will be marked as 'RecruitiFi' sourced Candidates.

Where do I set up my ATS?

Any Team Admin can create an ATS setup. This happens within your ‘Organization Settings’ page. The entire setup process takes about 10 minutes.

How does it work?

First, RecruitiFi must be set up as a source in your ATS. If you have questions about how to do this, please let us know or reach out to your HRIS Manager. When this is done, turn ‘On’ the ATS Setup in RecruitiFi and input the ‘ATS Source Tracking Code’. This generally looks like the end of a URL, eg “&source=RecruitiFi”.

Next, choose a stage that you would like candidates to be invited into your ATS. You can choose any stage of the hiring process, such as 'Offer' or 'Interviewing'.  For all stages besides 'Reviewing', you may elect to not send the ATS invitation to any specific candidate.

These settings will apply to all of your organization’s JobCasts across RecruitiFi. The ATS setup is now complete.

Do I need to do anything else?

When you create a new JobCast, you will input the specific job URL which can be copied directly from your careers page. Then, when you advance a candidate to the stage you have selected in RecruitiFi, the candidate will receive an email asking them to apply to your ATS. This link will take them to the correct job and mark them as a RecruitiFi-sourced candidate.
