While posting jobs publicly to source candidates is not prohibited, you'll need to make sure you do not violate the terms and conditions.

While public postings may be a useful way to source candidates, there are specific guidelines that you agreed to when activating your RecruitiFi account.

  • Do not include the Employer Company Name or of RecruitiFi in any posting, or represent yourself as an employee of either

  • Do not post salary information

We understand the need to discuss salary information and the specific employer once you are directly in contact with candidates (preferably over the phone and not in writing), but this information should not be anywhere online.

For more information, please review Section 5 of "Additional Terms Applicable to Recruiters" titled Recruiter Commitments in the terms. You can find our terms here.
