Am I Allowed to Post a JobCast Publicly to Source Candidates?

While publicly posting jobs to source candidates is not explicitly prohibited, it is essential to comply with RecruitiFi's Terms and Conditions to avoid violations.

Public postings can be a useful sourcing tool, but when using them, you must follow these guidelines:

  • Do not include the employer's company name or RecruitiFi's name in any job posting.

  • Do not misrepresent yourself as an employee of either the employer or RecruitiFi.

  • Do not post salary information publicly.

We understand that salary discussions and employer details may be necessary when speaking with candidates. However, this information should only be shared during direct communication (preferably over the phone) and not in writing or online.

For more details, please review Section 5 of "Additional Terms Applicable to Recruiters," titled Recruiter Commitments, in our Terms and Conditions. You can access our full terms here.
