Upon account activation preferred agencies are sent a series of emails inviting them to join the RecruitiFi platform if they want to see the client’s jobs, submit candidates and get paid.  Explanation of the value proposition and training are all provided.  The client does not need to do anything in this process.

Simultaneously, we provide draft communication for the client to direct their accounts payable department to stop paying all agency invoices.  Any agencies that wants to get paid must join the platform.  This process ensures all agency vendors are quickly and effortlessly consolidated to the single RecruitiFi vendor.
