Our Terms explicitly supersede any existing contact you have with them, and as such your agency vendors instantly become our vendors, we are your vendor, and they are a subvendor.  You keep the relationship and the fee but they can no longer invoice you.  RecruitiFi handles all invoicing and agency payments.
