Agencies’ performance scores are continuously calculated based on the quality of candidate they submit).  The candidate quality is determined based on how far the client moves the candidate in the hiring process.  Early disposition scores the agency lower for that role, and moving candidates into interview stages and making hires scores the agency higher for that role.
