The platform can be instantly activated on a global basis and the results are immediate.

To get started, get approval from your legal/procurement department, decide who on your team should have “Seats” (you can always add more later), and upload a list of your current preferred agencies with their name, email address and current placement fee.

Once complete, you click an activation button and all your Seat holders and preferred agencies will automatically be onboarded and trained.  There is nothing more you need to do, and you do not need to contact your agencies or renegotiate or cancel any existing agency contracts.

Immediately thereafter you can send JobCasts and make hires.
