A Soliciting Agency is an agency that actively seeks to engage with an employer by soliciting their business. These agencies are not generally a part of an employer's Preferred Agency list, but they can still submit candidates for the employer’s open positions through RecruitiFi.

Key Characteristics of Soliciting Agencies:

  • Active Solicitation – Soliciting Agencies reach out to employers to express interest in working with them.

  • Invitation to Join the Community – By directing those agencies to the employer's career page (or adding them manually), employers allow soliciting agencies can join an their Community, giving these solictors the opportunity to submit candidates to that employer’s open positions.

  • Opportunity to Submit Candidates – Once they join the employer's community, soliciting agencies can participate in the employer's JobCasts and submit candidates for consideration, just like preferred agencies.

This process allows employers to expand their pool of agencies while maintaining control over who submits candidates to their jobs.
