Yes, providing timely feedback is not just encouraged—it’s important for maintaining a good Employer Rating and ensuring the success of your JobCasts.
To help maintain a positive experience for agencies and candidates alike, RecruitiFi strongly recommends that you provide feedback within 2 business days of receiving a new candidate. This feedback helps both you and the agencies involved.
Here’s why feedback matters:
Timely Decision-Making: As new candidates are submitted, the system will prompt you to either advance them further in your hiring process or reject them with a disposition reason. You can either sort candidates as they’re submitted or check in periodically.
Better Candidate Experience: Every resume represents a real person, and each agency recruiter is working hard to present the best candidates. Prompt feedback allows agencies to relay responses back to candidates quickly, improving your employer brand and overall candidate experience.
Improved Quality of Submissions: Agencies rely on feedback to refine their future candidate submissions. The more specific your feedback, the more tailored and relevant their next submissions will be, ultimately improving the quality of your hiring pool.
Consequences for Delayed Feedback:
If a candidate sits in the "New" stage without being sorted, your JobCast will auto-lock. If candidates remain unsorted for a full month, your account will be deactivated. RecruitiFi will send automated email reminders to notify you of the status, starting when the JobCast is nearing the auto-lock point. If the issue persists, your account will be deactivated after a month of inactivity in sorting candidates.
By providing regular and specific feedback, you not only enhance your hiring process but also strengthen your working relationships with agencies, ensuring a smoother, more efficient recruitment experience.
