What if my position is commission-based, contract-based, or paid hourly?

Fees for hourly positions are calculated by multiplying the hourly wage by 2000 (the number of hours in an average work year).

For commission-based positions, the fee will be based on the higher of either the base salary OR the high-end of the expected first-year commission listed in the JobCast.

For contract based roles, we would bill based on the guaranteed amount of the contract.
