RecruitiFi's reporting dashboards allow you to analyze and visualize your performance data. Here's how you can make the most of it:

Chart Descriptions

  • Hover over the "i" icon in the top left corner of any chart to view a brief description of the data and filters available for that chart.

Using Filters on the Dashboard

Filters allow you to narrow down the data presented in the dashboard based on specific criteria.

Accessible Filters by Role:

  • Team Administrators: Can filter by Teammates, Country, and Date Range.

  • Seat Holders: Can filter by Date Range.

How to Use Filters:

  1. Select Filters: Choose a value from the available filters, like Teammates (e.g., select "Jose") or Date Range (e.g., "Last 90 days").

  2. Apply Filters: After selecting your filters, click “Apply” to update the charts and tables based on your selections. You’ll see the active filter displayed in the filter bar, even if the bar is closed.

Multiple Filters: You can apply multiple filters at once, for example, selecting a teammate and a specific date range to see their data over the last 90 days.

To select multiple filters at once, simply select values from multiple filters. To see data from a teammate’s JobCasts that started in the last 90 days, check both the teammate’s name from the Teammates filter and "90 days" from the Date Range filter and click “Apply”.

Chart Options

Each chart on the dashboard has a menu in the upper right-hand corner where you can access the following options:

  1. Search:

    • Click the magnifying glass icon to search within a table for specific values.

  2. Download CSV:

    • Download the underlying data of any chart by selecting “Download CSV.”

  3. Edit Pivot (available only for table charts):

    • Click “Edit Pivot” to access and modify the pivot table settings for that chart.

With these tools, you can tailor the dashboard to your needs, filter out unnecessary data, and analyze the relevant information effectively.
